| Sophia came into our rescue with two other cats when the owner no longer wanted them. When she first joined the rescue, Sophia was a bit cranky and really needed some grooming. She is now in the cat room by herself at the Healthy Pet Center in North Greenbush and has turned into a happy, affectionate girl. Sophia is a sweetheart. She does not like her belly rubbed so we’re suggesting an adult only home or maybe with teenagers. But she seeks out attention and will rub your hand to make sure you’re paying attention to her.
