| My name is Madeline. Look at my beautiful papillon face. When I was first rescued I was very dirty and scared. My first five years of life I was kept in a cage in a puppy mill. I was only used for breeding, I was never given any love. Since I have been in rescue my human friends have been working with me to gain confidence in myself. I absolutely love other small dogs. I will roll on my back to play and snuggle with them. I am still getting used to people since they were not very nice to me in the past. I just hop on my bed and them pet me. I have come a long way since being saved and just want someone to understand me and give me the time to blossom. I am being taught to walk on a leash, but would love a fenced in yard because I never was given the chance to run a and play before. I am looking for an understanding human who will hold my paw and let me be dog, not just livestock as them referred to me. I'm looking for my forever family to call my own.
