| Hi, I'm Skimmer. I was found as a stray and was lucky to land in a foster home for Free to Be Me Rescue. When I was first rescued, I was very skinny and my foster mom got me to the vet right away. I was loaded with parasites (one the vets had to research! I guess I got them from eating snails and frogs.) After lots of yucky medicine, I am now ready to find my forever home. I am a very vocal little guy and I am quite the "helper" -when mom makes the bed, sweeps the floor, cleans the litter box, I'm always there to help out. I like hiding her toothbrush and her glasses lol. I'm not at all fond of getting in a carrier and I really don't like that thing called a vacuum. I'm also really fast. Mom says I'm a door dasher and won't let me near the front door. I have a lot of energy but I also take long naps. I need a family that won't mind my craziness - probably one with kids and/or other young felines. I'm fine with mom's other cats, but sometimes they don't like me because I want to play and they don't. I might even be good with a cat friendly dog.
