| Tootsie is loving freedom. Having spent her life in a puppy mill is early awaits her forever family. Tootsie is a female about 10 year old, Yorkie mix. Tootsie is quiet and gentle and enjoys getting love. Loves the companionship of another dog to follow along. She is still learning about a leash so would need a fenced in yard.
