| Harper is super excited to introduce herself to you. This sweet 7 year old female Shih Tzu spent her life in a puppy mill wondering what life is like outside her crate. Now Harper is able to find out. She is shy but will come up to you for kisses on your hand and will follow you around. She is learning everything…..harness, walking, loving hands and attention. The best home for Harper is a fenced in yard, another companion to learn from and no younger children due to fast motion and noise scares her.
